The Nursery children enjoyed a super sports day recently in the sunshine. Â Everyone took part and enjoyed the variety of races. Â Well done to all.
The nursery recently enjoyed their morning hunting for minibeasts at Oxford Island! We enjoyed looking for signs of Spring in the meadow and spotting birds and wildlife in the ponds. The Nursery children had a fun day at their sponsored Cycle up at the Muga pitch this morning. The sun shone and the children cycled around the pitch for twenty minutes without stopping! Thanks to all the parents and family who came along to support the event and for all the money that was raised for our new outdoor play equipment.Â
                                         
The Fairytale Ball took place today in the Nursery! We had fun dancing, making crowns and shields and eating at our long table at the banquet!! Everyone had a ball!!

We had great fun dressing up as characters from our favourite books in the Nursery. We listened to our favourite stories being read and talked about our favourite characters.

Mrs Geddis came to the Nursery to talk about her job as a nurse and she looked at all our teddies in the Teddy Bears Clinic.

The Nursery enjoyed their morning at Lurgan Fire Station seeing around the fire station, looking inside the fire engines and they even got to shoot the water out of the hose!

Primary 4 recently visited the Nursery to become Reading Buddies. The Primary 4 children enjoyed taking on this responsible role while the Nursery children enjoyed this lovely experience of the older children reading to them.
All the Nursery children enjoyed playing in the snow today!  The children enjoyed a treat of hot chocolate afterwards to warm them up!

Recently the Nursery had their Teddy Bear's Picnic. All the children enjoyed making sandwiches, singing and dancing with their teddy bears outside.
The children in our Nursery have enjoyed settling in and getting to know their new teacher.
