At the end of Term 1 the hockey girls took part in a Colour Walk Fundraiser and raised an AMAZING total of £765.  The girls had a brilliant time completing their 2 mile walk/run/dance dressed in bright clothing and Mrs McElhinney, Mrs Boyce and Mrs Peacocke are all overwhelmed by the support of family and friends in sponsoring the girls. 

The idea was brought to the teachers by the hockey girls themselves, as we were badly in need of a new goalie kit.  We have raised enough money to purchase a wonderful new goalie kit, bibs, skorts and socks, which will benefit all of the hockey girls during hockey practice and matches.A sincere thank you to the girls themselves for coming up with the great fundraising idea and participating in it and to the family and friends who have supported the girls and hockey in school.  Also thank you to Mr Budd who helped to source all of equipment.

We look forward to hockey practice starting back after Half Term
